Hi All

Been filing Payrolls and FPS submissions today for various clients.

Normally get email confirmations of the FPS submission from HMRC almost instantly or certainly within a minute or two for all months so far since RTI came in.

Today (31 July 2015) seems different. Not a single FPS submission email confirmation received from HMRC so far and a number of payrolls filed this morning.

I have double checked the XML reports within my payroll software (QuickBooks desktop and one filed with QB online) and all confirm the submission was successful plus got the usually onscreen pop up on submission confirming the FPS submission was successful.

Anyone else not getting FPS submission confirmation emails from HMRC today?

Very weird, these things always worry you a bit to ensure there is not some surprise problem behind the scenes.

It might just be that HMRC email servers are very busy and possibly overloaded today as it is the last day of the month right in the middle of the day now.

Interest if anyone else can comment on this...
