Hi All,

Don't if any one can help with guidance for dealing with actors and actresses?

A specific question I can think is:

Are Actors caught be the IR35 legislation or are there specific exemptions for actors?

Any pointers on dealing with actors would be welcome and appreciated...

Thanks

Simon

Hi Simon

New Government guidance on IR35 "find out if IR35 applies" was updated in May 2014 and published in June 2014 on the new consolidated .Gov website.

Hope that helps.

No special exemptions for Actors regarding IR35 as far as I am aware...
